The NYCDOE, particularly my high school principal has not acted on my application for leave of absence to teach English overseas under The Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC) at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. I have worked on this EFL Specialist application since October 2008 just as I began my shameful banishment to the RUBBER ROOM ON 181st Street in Washington Heights.

First Day of Demo Teach Observation
I was asked to demonstrate in class viewed/observed by military civilian officers of the DLI .
