No sonogram or CT scan can pry into my psyche since I was banished by Fausto de la Rosa, Simmonds, Villalona, and Wells to the Reassignment Center aka "the Rubber Room". Due to months of harasments by the administrators of Unity High School, I developed itchiness and rashes on my hands, feet, arms, thighs, back, tummy, and behind my ears. I thought that it could be have been caused by dust, insect bites, or virus from touching objects while out of my home, my hair is fast thinning, they are falling off rapidly. When I consulted a psychiatrist for winter blues, I showed him my skin, he looked at me, said that these rashes are due to nervousness and anxiety. I told him about my hair problem, he said that it could be stress related. He suggested that I check with a dermatologist. I was prescribed medications for my face and ear, and creams for my whole body where itches and rashes appears.
As of this entry, I am suffering from skin rashes, itchiness all over my body. If the doctors said that this is caused by stress, anxiety, and panic then I must say that I am in a very panicky situation.
The application for Leave of Absence Without Pay (LOAWP) that I filed which was approved already by Superintendent Francesca Pena on April 6, 2009, but without the signature of Fausto de la Rosa is still sitting on his desk untouched. Today is April 30, 2009. Mr. de la Rosa wants me to resign from the NYCDOE, I wrote him a letter copy furnished the UFT High School representative, and my lawyers that I will NOT resign.
Yesterday, April 29, 2009, I received the FIRM JOB OFFER and approval of my pre-deployment training at Lackland Airforce to serve as a civilitan specialist with the rank of Captain under the United States Air Force Operation Enduring Freedom in Iraq. I have already purchased a ticket and is ready to report for duty on May 11, 2009. This is an EMERGENCY EMPLOYMent job that I honorably and gladly accepted to partake in the US government's purpose of democratizing and freeing people who had long been subjected to harassment (just like me), torture, extreme poverty in deplorable living conditions.
Having expressed and written herein my thoughts and feelings, the NYCDOE and its cohorts of officials does not want to move on my application. I will not be stopped from performing this Emergency Employment with the Federal government. I will let the Board to decide whatever they deem pleases them while my lawyers are preparing for a showdown to defend my legitimate rights as a tenured, FIT, and zealous teacher.
