Am I an UNFIT, UNSATISFACTORY high school Teacher?

If I am indeed an unfit, unsatisfactory teacher in the eyes of Fausto de la Rosa, Ira Simmonds, Ronald Wells, Grace Villalona (all are principals and assistant principals of a 200 student population high school), WHY AM I BEING OFFERED AND HIRED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT to work and teach for them?

Today, at around 11:00 AM EST, Ms. Karen Sacre called me on my home phone to follow up this email offering me the same position at Lackland AFB instead of assuming my post in Iraq. She informed that I am needed due to large number of students at the base who need teachers like me. I declined to be posted at Lackland because of my commitment to them to teach OCONUS. I told her in our conversation that I responded back to her email stating that I will weigh my options when my NTE 13 months commitment is over. She was hopeful that I will change my mind, but is looking forward to meet me on May 11th because her office is right across the hall where I will start training at Lcckland.

This certificate was generated from applications for a vacancyannouncement that closed last December. I know you have accepted an Emergency Essential term position overseasand are due to report to Lackland AFB on 11 May.

As you can glean from this and phone communications I had with officials from the USAF DLIELC, I may not be an UNFIT, UNSATISFACTORY teacher as FAUSTO DE LA ROSA, IRA SIMMONDS, RONALD WELLS AND GRACE VILLALONA rated me in all their classroom observations.

How can we reconcile the fact that for 17 and 1/2 years of teaching in the NYCDOE, I had generated all SATISFACTORY RATINGS for all observations and in all annual teacher performance reviews? Are all four supervisors PRESENTLY managing Unity High School sending the message that my past supervisors, namely Marion Klar, John Balbi, Maritza Tamayo, and Melody Simpson-Crooks, that they ASSESSED ME INAPPROPRIATELY or IMPROPERLY during those 17 and 1/2 years that I had been their ESL and English teacher?

Please enlighten me on this issues, because I could not comprehend what is happening to my professionalism.
